Katuri Sculptures proudly crafted and installed a majestic 5-feet tall Goddess Kamakshi statue in pure Panchaloha weighing 1300 kg at the revered Soma Sai Skanda Ashram, Nidagatta, near Bengaluru.
This extraordinary sculpture stands as one of the largest single-cast Panchaloha statues of its size and significance, commissioned by Gopal Krishna Baba. It embodies spiritual energy, divine beauty, and classical iconography.
Highlights of the commission:
• 4.5 kg Gold Kiritam (Crown) – intricately handcrafted for divine brilliance
• 5 kg Silver Kiritam – artistically created with ornate detailing
• 2 Brass Crowns – for ceremonial and visual grandeur
Each element was custom-designed to reflect the sacred essence of Goddess Kamakshi, staying true to traditional temple art while showcasing the craftsmanship of Katuri Sculptures / Surya Silpasala.
